Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your RepuLocal subscription at any time directly from your billing dashboard or by contacting our support team. Once canceled, you will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current paid billing cycle. We do not require advance notice for cancellation.
General Refund Policy
Because RepuLocal provides immediate access to proprietary software, server resources, and API integrations, we do not offer prorated refunds for mid-cycle cancellations. If you cancel your monthly or annual subscription early, you will not receive a refund for the unused days in that billing cycle.
The 7-Day First-Month Guarantee
We want you to be confident in using RepuLocal. If you are a new customer and find that the platform does not meet your needs, you may request a full refund within the first seven (7) days of your initial subscription charge. This guarantee applies only to your first payment and does not apply to subsequent renewals.
Accidental Charges and Exceptions
If you believe you have been billed in error (e.g., a duplicate charge), please contact us immediately at support@repulocal.com. We investigate these on a case-by-case basis and will issue a full refund for proven billing errors.
Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries related to payment processing, returns, and billing. By purchasing a subscription, you also agree to Paddle's terms and conditions.
